Anna and Tracey on the Sexual Health Outreach at my school on the Wirral have helped me and my friends so much over the past couple of years and are the most lovely and supportive ladies, I feel so confident and comfortable to go to them for treatment and advice x

The nurses were really helped me and offered information and options regarding my visit. They also checked on my well-being and how I was getting on with my contraception. They also checked my blood pressure which reassured me and made me feel like they cared. (Something I have not experienced at a regular doctors). They could improve services even further by visiting twice a week rather than once to give a greater opportunity of being seen or in case people miss one of the days accidentally.

Compared to my personal doctors clinic, the Brook was so much better - the doctor that I saw was very sympathetic, understanding and genuinely cared about my worries, which in turn made me feel a lot more ease. I will definitely be going back there if need treatment or more contraception. In my experience, no constructive criticism is needed.

Had a great experience today with one of the Brook nurses- felt completely comfortable and not at all judged. Also received a lot of helpful information that I had never received in PSHE in school. As well as this, the nurse was very kind and caring when my friend got a little bit faint

I was seen by Imogen who was really nice and caring, she explained everything to me and also told me when I needed to come back. It was really nice being seen by a young nurse as I felt able to speak to her and like she wasn't judging me.
